Mohamed Ben Laden, born in 1969, is an accomplished professional who holds a Ph.D. in History from La Sorbonne in Paris and a Master’s degree in law from the Faculté Libre d’Économie et de Droit in Paris. Currently serving as the President of the Saudi French Business Council (CAFS) and a board member of the General Authority of Foreign Trade of Saudi Arabia, he has been honored as an Officer of the National Order of the Legion of Honour, the National Order of Merit, and the Order of Academic Palms.

As the founder of MBL Law Firm, Mohamed Ben Laden specializes in business law and is renowned for his expertise in structuring international agreements. MBL Law Firm is recognized as one of the largest independent law firms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a team of over 30 lawyers based in Riyadh. It has been distinguished with accolades such as the “Best Middle East Law Firm” and “Global Law Expert – Recommended Attorney” prizes. Additionally, Mohamed serves as an arbitrator at the Commercial Arbitration Center for the Gulf States in Bahrain and is a member of esteemed international legal institutions, including the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London and the International Court of Arbitration in London. He has authored numerous articles on the legal environment of foreign investments in Saudi Arabia and the bilateral relations between France and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In 2023, MBL Law Firm acquired EKP Law, headquartered in the UAE, forming the new entity BLK Law by Mohamed Ali Ben Laden. This acquisition has expanded the range of services and expertise offered by the firm.

Beyond his legal ventures, Mohamed Ben Laden is also the founder of Homavest, a non-operational investment arm of the Family Office established in 2014, with headquarters in DIFC, Dubai, and a representative office in Paris. Additionally, he holds the distinction of being the founder of the Armada Holding Group.
