This comprehensive overhaul involved incident analysis, security risk assessment, and security design, all validated by the High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS).
In parallel, SAR security organization and processes have been scrutinized, leading to enhanced security protocols and a restructured security department Following the projects success, SAR has extended its partnership with Armada Security to ensure ongoing support and continual enhancement of its security measures, reinforcing the railway networks commitment to both modernization and passengers safety. Armadas services have included all HCIS consultancy services, including but not limited to gap Analysis, threat assessment, security enhancement, international benchmark, operations procedures and security department restructuring.
