Reem Alzumut Aluzaizat

Reem Ayed Al Zumut Al Uzaizat is a distinguished Human Capital leader with over 25 years of extensive strategic and operational HR experience across the MENA region. In her current role as Human Capital & Quality Systems Development Manager at Armada Holding, Reem plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategies, embedding excellence across quality systems, and aligning human resources initiatives with the overarching business vision of the group.

With a Master’s degree in Financial Management, Reem complements her
academic foundation with a series of internationally recognized certifications,
including HR Counselor, HR Auditor, Certified HR Trainer, and NLP Practitioner.
She also holds diplomas in Human Resource Management from Cambridge
Training College (UK), as well as certifications in Business Process
Reengineering, Developing HR Strategies, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Her diverse educational background reflects a strong commitment to lifelong
learning and progressive leadership.

Reem’s core competencies include the establishment of HR departments from
the ground up, Balanced Scorecard implementation, competency-based talent acquisition, HAY job grading, compensation and benefits design, KPI-driven performance management, succession planning, organizational development, and corporate restructuring. Her approach is holistic, strategic, and deeply people-centric.

Bilingual in Arabic and English, Reem is also a certified HR trainer and a proactive member of the Arab Professionals in Human Resources Association (apHRa). She is widely respected for her ethical leadership, transformational thinking, and her ability to build HR functions that foster both business success and employee well-being.
