
ARMADA HOLDING is proud to announce the signing of the Northern Cluster Long-Term Operation and Maintenance Contract – Package 10 with the National Water Company (NWC), as part of a Saudi-Chinese consortium with Jiangsu United Water Technology.
Valued at more than SAR 1.3 billion, the 15-year agreement covers the rehabilitation, operation, and maintenance of nine environmental treatment plants across four regions, with a combined design capacity exceeding 337,000 cubic meters per day.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Fouad Al Sheikh Mubarak, CEO of NWC; Mr. Jamaan Al-Jamaan, Executive Director of Armada; and Mr. Liu Meng, CEO of Jiangsu United Water Technology.
This milestone reflects ARMADA HOLDING’s commitment to environmental sustainability, operational excellence, technology localization, and knowledge transfer, while supporting the continued development of Saudi Arabia’s water sector in alignment with the National Water Strategy and Saudi Vision 2030.
