Amal Al Jaser serves as Human Resources Director at Armada Holding, bringing more than 10 years of experience in human resources across leading organizations and joint ventures.

Before joining Armada Holding, Amal worked at CAMCO, a joint venture between RATP Dev and SAPTCO in Riyadh. She has extensive expertise in HR operations, organizational development, employee engagement, talent management, workforce strategy, and organizational transformation.

As a member of Armada Holding’s Executive Committee, Amal leads the Group’s people strategy and oversees the development of HR practices across Armada Holding, its subsidiaries, and joint ventures. Her focus is on strengthening organizational capabilities, developing talent, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning human capital initiatives with the Group’s strategic objectives.
