Vision Golfe 2026 is a high-level forum designed to accelerate trade, investment and strategic cooperation between France and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The event will be held in Paris on 18–19 June 2026.
Organised by Business France and held under the High Patronage of Emmanuel Macron, the fourth edition of Vision Golfe will take place at the French Ministry for the Economy, Finance, and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty. Framed by the 2026 theme “From Cooperation to Transformation”, the forum will bring together ministers and senior public and private business leaders, reflecting the growing institutional depth of France’s engagement with Gulf partners as both regions pursue economic resilience, strategic autonomy and long-term cooperation.
This year’s edition will also feature Olivier Badard – Chief Executive Officer of Armada Holding representing Armada Holding as one of the official speakers at the forum, highlighting the group’s growing presence and influence among a distinguished network of global business leaders, decision-makers, and key figures shaping the future of France–GCC economic relations.
Vision Golfe 2026 takes place at a time when geopolitics has become a direct driver of economic decision-making, shaping trade flows, investment strategies, industrial policy and supply chain security. In this context, the France–GCC relationship stands out as increasingly complementary and action-oriented. Gulf partners contribute scale, speed of execution and ambition in adopting new technologies and services, while France brings deep industrial expertise, engineering capabilities, regulatory standards and strong access to European markets.
Over successive editions, Vision Golfe has reflected the deepening of France–GCC ties and a shift toward a more results-driven partnership. The latest edition gathered more than 1,250 participants and generated over 2,000 targeted B2B meetings, underlining strong demand for concrete, business-oriented engagement.
The 2026 agenda will focus on priority sectors for both regions, including artificial intelligence, clean energy, advanced manufacturing, smart mobility, healthcare systems and sustainable urban development. Security will run across these discussions in its broadest sense, encompassing critical infrastructure, industrial and supply chain resilience, food security, and strategic systems such as water and desalination. Connectivity and logistics — from ports and maritime corridors to rail and transport networks — will also feature prominently.
Panel discussions will be complemented by targeted and curated B2B meetings, enabling companies from France and the GCC to build strong commercial relationships and explore mutually beneficial investment opportunities.
Private and public sector stakeholders from GCC countries will benefit from complimentary access to the forum, underscoring the commitment to a strong and expanding Franco-Gulf partnership.
